Bluetooth LAN (PC as Host)?

On my former Palm-based PDA, I used my PC to share its internet connection via ICS with my Palm using Bluetooth. The PDA would get its internet connection from the PC and browse the internet that way.
Is it possible to do the same with my Blackberry Curve?
My signal strength at my office is pitiful, so as a result I get no internet connection on my Curve at the office, so I'm looking at alternatives.
