Go to http://blackberry.com from your desktop pc and click your country, select software at top, on left side click BB desktop software then scroll down to v.4.2 sp 2 which is the most stable I believe and go to bottom of page and click download now!

It will then take you to the next screen which will ask you what version click v4.2 sp 2 then scroll down and select the one with media manager or the one without! Make sure your BB is not plugged in before you install. Install desktop manager and after installed plug it up and let it work its magic. It will ask you if you want to enable mass storage mode if you have a sd card installed. If any problems just let us know! Good luck!
