Before proceed I want to apologize If there is a problem like this opened in this forum.

So I have a problem with my contact list.

When I send a email and I click in a letter like "a" normaly appear all contacts started by "a".

In this moment this is not happening.

Have you a clue about this?

I have OS 5 on the phone version I have, and I don't have an OS 6 test phone..but in OS 5 it's found at options/security options/encryption include contacts...if you can ( might not be possible due to policy) you want to turn that off...

I tried your solution but didn´t work. But I found a solution for this problem.

To fix this problem, go into email options, then General Options. Set the "Show recent contacts when composing email" to "no," then exit and save
