Unhappy Need to scour logs - what to look for???

Please Login to Remove!

I've got a situation where a particular user has 'possibly' deleted some calendar appts on his BlackBerry.
His BlackBerry calendar reconciles both ways with his Outlook calendar which is also shared with an admin. He is under the impression that there's something 'wrong' with the infrastructure and he is blaming IT despite the fact that this has happened before, is only happening with him (across several different Blackberry's), and is only with a 3 appts (among almost 6000).
Aside from the obvious cdo and mapi version matchup between exchange and BES, I need to be able to go through the logs and see if I can find where and when these appts were deleted. I haven't gone through exchange/BES logs in such a manner yet and need some direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Exchange 2003 SP2 Enterprise server and BES 4.1. On all occasions the appts were created by the user on his BBerry and did appear in Outlook at some point. How they disappeared is what I am trying to figure out.

TIA!

You may have tried this already, but I'd check out his client side cache file...I've seen lot's of situations where that gets corrupt or outdated and really messes things up..you might try taking him out of cache mode and also renaming the outlook.ost file. I'd also be sure he isn't running the "fat": Outlook client on more than 1 computer...

also ensure both the user and anyone who is a delegate is running the exact same version of Outlook, including patch level.
