First of all, it's nice to know that there is a BlackBerry community. I just got mine second-hand and there are couple questions that I would like answers to.

First here are my specs:
Model: 7750
Carrier: Verizon Wireless

1. Okay, so like I said before I got mine used. Literally it came with a wall charger (which I don't think works), the battery, the battery cover, and the unit itself. That's it. I know that there is software available for desktop/blackberry sync, and I know it's available on the internet, but can you tell me how to get it?

2. Also, the screen goes blank every few minutes, but it does not turn off. Is this normal? And if so, is there a setting that I can change to make the screen stay on longer.
