Trying to upgrade OS keep getting an error message about PGP Email Application

net.bb.platform.ecmascript

is the errors last message, how do I get rid of it?

I've searched and found nothing...

The Error message reads

"The application "BlackBerry PGP Email Library" cannot be loaded, because it requires the following applications that are not avaliable:

net.rim.platform.ecmascript"

techking... did you do any editing of the BlackBerry.alx file, etc., before attempting to upgrade?

Uhhhh, yea

Uninstall then reinstall the handheld software package without modifying it this time. Make sure to delete any files that the uninstall misses.

Did you do the install without modifing anything. You reinstalled the OS to Desktop Manager and tried it again?
