Ive had it about 4 months brand new from the shop, treat it pretty well, anyway couple hours ago was just sitting in bed using the blackberry internet then it did its usually thing and shut down the page because it was too big , then the screen just faded to black and now it wont turn on even if i put it on charge, put battery in/out , hold red phone button and nothing happens, no red light no nothing. i did drop it yesterday i think but cant see how it would take this long to effect the phone, if anyone could help would be really appreciated

All drops have an effect, particularly on low-end devices like the 9300. There are a lot of small bits in these devices that can be broken by any fall, and you will likely never know what's broken. My recommendation is to get a new one.

The fact that you dropped it is a worry. I know there has been some time since you did it, but it seems to me possible that the actual failure was delayed.

You need to either verify that your battery is good in another device, or try a known good battery in your device.

Also be sure and try removing the media card if you are using one.

taken the media card out , nothing. Wasn't even a big drop tbh, find it ridiculous that something that i payed £115 for is not built to survive a drop. must be something to do, if not have to take it to EE store Kingston should still be in warranty

As I said, all drops have effect. I'm sorry to say this, but unless specifically designed as "rugged", no device is meant to survive drops, especially not a £115 plastic mobile phone. I suspect that you are still in warranty, so it is worth a visit to the EE store.

I have this problem with my curve 9300. When I'm on the net it says the page is too big to load and then closes the page. What does that mean? And how do I solve it. Please somebody help.

It means the page is too big to load on your device. If you can, you could also trying browsing the mobile version of the site (if it has one)
