how to change the folder icons on a BB Tour

I have installed the BlackBerry Theme Builder & Composer application on my PC and have changed a lot of the various icons in the Theme Builder app but cannot figure out how to change the Folder Icons from within the software. How is this done?
The various folder icons to me are bland and I want to totally redo them but there is nothing in the software that I can see that allows this to be done. I am referring to the home screen where you see all of the various folders and Icons.
Any help greatly appreciated, I have been working on this issue for hours.
