When I open up the dest top manager and choose the Media Manager and then open up device manaer it only comes up with folders for RIngtones and Pictures. Shouldn't a folder for Videos show up there as well.

If it matters I deleted the preloaded video.

Any ideas?

This won't help but I got the same thing. I get RINGTONES and PICTURES folders but no music or video folders. I also deleted the preloaded vid myself. Maybe it has something to do with an SD card not being there? I don't see how that would add those two folders...

That would be correct, you have to have a microSD card to use the Music/Video

I have a 512MB card and they show up, so I'm guessing any size MicroSD card will do the trick to get the folders.

in mine I can't seem to get to the sd card with the media manager. I have to use window's explorer to see my card. not a real big deal, either way I'm tethered to the pc. just strange.
