I have not purchased anything from them yet, but I've read plenty of good things about them. And I've emailed them about upcoming products for the Storm and they have replied. So from my experience, they have good customer service.

I would also too. I have ordered many times from them, they have always been there to help me and many others on this site. They are always on here and also very helpful. I would make sure you made a good attempt before bad mouthing a company that supports members of the forum.

Well i order 3 cases ,2 batteries,and a battery door.
Seidio wont replace the battery door, it less than 30days old

So berrywhiz, without any details (like say, did you break the battery door?) we're going to delete this thread. If you can't clearly state your complaint, this is not the place to whine.

Ive bought 2 cases from them and there quality is top notch. I think you in the wrong place to bad mouth Seidio. Not that your opinion doesn't matter but you can't knock the quality products that they provide.
