for some reason i uploaded like 6 themes and it only shows one of the new themes along with the factory ones. but when i go to app loader, it shows they are on my phone. i deleted the vendor xml. is there something that i replace it with?

That happened to me a few months ago. COuldn't see or use the installed themes so I eventually deleted them and went back to the built-in themes. Curious to know if anyone has a good response to the original question...

you have probably done this, but i dont see it reading your post. after loading the themes did you do a battery pull?

I play around with Themes all the time and have seen this with some themes that I intstalled. For whatever reason some Themes will Only reflect after a Reboot or Battery Pull. This has resolved the the viewing in the Themes List 100% of the time.
