Do you have the data service that is specifically for BlackBerry? Or, do you have generic mobile data service?

You didn't answer all of my questions. I'm guessing you are looking for sources of app downloads that you will be able to access because the usual sites for things you want are blocked. I wish I could help; I doubt I will know anything.

If my guess is correct, you might want to name some specific apps and maybe someone else reading this will be able to help in some way.
