Default is mail fwded to your blackberry.net addy...

Please Login to Remove!

is mail you have set up to forward to your blackberry.net address showing up on your device?

i have gone through two routes to forward my Gmail to my blackberry.net email address...using the forwarding option and later creating a filter.

the mail just does not show up on my BB

anyone else using a non gmail account and have forwarding active? that would help me determine it's a gmail issue.

if your forwarding does work, mind giving what email service you are using?

thanks

Question forwarding really needed

i used to forward my emails but loggin into Gmail and just activating forwading , putting my blackberry.net addy and voila ! but if you're having problems doing just that then why not set up Gmail on your blackberry pop3 accounts setting and just recieving the Gmails within a couple of minutes ... thats how i have my gmail now .... just like my MSN mail Gmail goes to my Blackberry within minutes ..... and it doesn't take the 15 min that some people might think ... usually within 2-4 minutes its in there ....

Wirelessly posted (7105t: BlackBerry7100/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

I'm forwarding my gmail to my blackberry email address and I'm receiving my gmail. I've been receiving gmail email messages every day with no problem. I used the forwarding option on gmail. I've been using that option for my gmail since gmail was released. I haven't had any issues.

yes i am on cingular without 2.0 ..... i have read and read about 2.0 vs. 1.8 and i think i'm sticking to 1.8 for a while to come . i don't like how attachments are only visible for 30 things with 2.0 .

I use server forwarding from my work email account and, before BIS 2.0, I was autoforwarding from Yahoo MailPlus. No problems in either case.

I've tested this many times on a third Sympatico account that I've integrated by POP3 with BIS 2.0. I agree that it's usually much faster than 15 minutes and often just 2 or 3. But it did (just once) take exactly 15 minutes so that remains the potential maximum.

I have had no problems with my gmail getting to my BB (less than 15 minutes). I had to forward my Hotmail to my device via fastmail (I don't have Hotmail Plus), and that works great. I don't have Yahoo Plus so I can't get that account forwarded.

I had my AOL mail forwarded but there's been a problem with that account leaving a negative count of emails on my device even after they have been deleted. I've taken that address off until that issue has been resolved. Anybody else have this problem?
