Default How to get Lotus Notes Email?

Please Login to Remove!

I have searched several forums here and think I am out of luck, but wanted to double check. I'd like to get my Lotus Notes email pushed to my BB, but we don't have BES available where I work. I searched and found some threads that refere to BB Connector and/or BB Redirector. I have reinstalled the BB Desktop software and selected the BES/Redirector installation option. I now see the Email Settings option on the BB Desktop Manger, but it seems to be wanting to configure/connect to a BES. Question... Is there no push support for Lotus Notes email using the Redirector approach or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thank GOD! I am having the same problem! I have access to a Lotus Domino Web Access portal and I use OmniMini to get me there, but all I can do is look at my email. I can't open it. BUMMER!

Default You IT Department?

Did you ask someone in your IT department if you can connect? That's probably the best place to start. There are ways to connect your BlackBerry to Notes on the sly, but I'd start there first. Does anyone else at your company have their Notes e-mail on their BlackBerrys? If so, ask them how they got it on the device.

My company uses a BES server, but is limiting access to Business Development. I am a Project Manager and need my e-mail pushed to my BB8820. You said it could be done on the sly - mind sharing how???

my company aswell uses BES. but I'm in norway and its unlikley they will let me inn.

I doubt they have POP servers, but a workarround is to forward all incoming email to your BIS email. But thats probably WAY out of company policy..

You guys may want to try this....

MartinScott.com > > WirelessMail > Overview

Used it in the past when I wasn't on a BES and it worked flawlessly.

Good luck!
