It's easy:

1 - wait for OS 4.5 to be released. It is not released for any BlackBerry today
2 - follow the steps on Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ - see this thread - How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ
3 - See item 1

Then you're best to stay away from beta OS's. You won't find it available here, either.

you wont be able to find it... you can try but the posters here (at least most of us) are bound by an NDA...

EDIT: unless you know what you are doing with the blackberry then i wouldnt suggest using the beta software as its tricky to use (the glitches... for example the blackberry messenger issue i have... i constantly have to backup my device and then selectively restore my blackberry messenger contacts...)

my suggestion for you is to stick with the current OS that you're running. this is a great oportunity for you to learn the ins and outs of the blackberry and have support here from us as well as tech support with your carrier. most of us here are not yet familiar with the new OS and will not have familiarity with it until it is officially released. new is not alwasy better until it is final!! be patient, you have much to learn before you make the upgrade.
