I received mine last Friday. I like them very much. My holster was getting a little loose and the grips keep the 7100T tight.

the grips actually say "egrips" on them though right? I hate branding... If i could get them without any words I'd buy some.

Default egrips

yes, they say egrips on the top side of the main back piece but it is not very noticeable. I have egrips for several devices and swear by them, branding or not.

Ok, since nobody else posted pics, I will come to the rescue...

I had some silver egrips left over from my ipod egrips, so I formed my own grips for the top corners - it helps pulling the phone out of the holster.

I know I may get jeered for this, but let me ask a quick question.

What exactly is the point of the egrip? It is solely for gripping or does is serve some sort of protective purpose. I mean, I carry my 7100 in my pocket and really don't have any "gripping" issues........

It primarily is for gripping, both in your hand as well as when set on a hard surface. I use it for my iPod since it is a very smooth surface that slips on hard surfaces easily. It helps with the 7100t when you are holding in with one hand and scrolling and clicking - just gives you a little more grip.

It helps too with scratches and such, but I am not overly worried about scratches to anything other than the screen.

Definitely not real exciting, but it does help. And their only ~$10.

Great! Get them. You definitely need them. You'll never understand how much you no longer fear dropping your phone until you have them.

Get them.

Default egrips

I thought the same thing until I tried them, now I have them on all my devices, they stay put when you set them down on about any surface and it just gives you a sense of security when holding your high dollar gadgets. The shape of the 7100T is easy to slide out of your hand and for 10 bucks, that chance has been greatly reduced.

One problem.. Once your 7100 is grip'd you put it up on the dash of your car... Ummm anyone hearing the buzzing from the damn raised ridges around the speaker on the back? I have some ghetto grips that I have plastered over the ridges for the time being, but this buzz is in both my vehicles.. Anyone have a solution?

Do the edges of the egrips ever start losing their stick and peeling up?

I've ordered my set. Thanks for the link. This is one slippery little devil and I've already dropped it a couple of times (or had it slide out of my pocket). I can't stand the case that came with it so hopefully this will slow down some of the dropping!

I was just going to post about this.

I've had my egrips for about four days. They didn't start to lose their stick, but they ARE peeling up, from being put into the holster. It's because every time you put it in, the grip edge catches on the edge of the holster (this is the one that came with the 7100). So I've already had to remove one, and the other side will peel enough within another day that I'll have to remove it too.

A second problem: the grip on the back of the device seems to impair the sensitivity to the magnet in the holster, so that the 7100 didn't consistently turn on/off when removed/inserted into the holster. Not a big problem, but it did happen. I would sometimes have to reinsert the 7100 into the holster to get it to sleep.

I loved the egrips, but for now, they're not working for me with the 7100 holster.
