Default 7100i Error codes 507 & 350?

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on with this thing? I have tried all of the listed ways to upload the OS back on this phone but it gets stuck at the "waiting for device initialization" the gives me the error code 350 with a reset option. Anyone have any ideas on what to do, or maybe something I have done wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to BB Forums.

Have you tried to wipe it out totally using JL_CMDER?

There is a ton of information located at Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ on how to reload the handheld OS.

What exactly have you tried? Maybe that will help us help you.....

1. Do you have the latest Desktop manager installed on your PC (or at least v4.1)?
2. Did you download AND install the OS for the 7100i?
3. Did you use JL_CMDER to remove the current OS
4. Did you run DM (with BB attached to your PC) and then launch Application Loader?

Assuming you did the first 3 steps, when you did the 4th step you should be able to load the OS again....

And if all else fails, follow the instructions in the FAQ on how to get Javaloader to work if it can not detect the BB

(loader.exe /nojvm)
