Default SMS Tex issue with ATT and bold

Please Login to Remove!

maybe this is a setting issue with my new BB or a carrier issue.
When i get a long text it gets broken up into five or six individual texts. Anyone experience the same issue or know a cure.
Thx

The ATT limit is 160 characters per text message. Has nothing to do with the BB. Unfortunately, I don't know of a cure. A search might help find one, or a check in the Aftermarket section.

That's how SMS works. SMS = Short Messaging Service. 160 characters per text. There's no way of changing that.

That's how it works on every carrier. There is no cure. Period.

The only way around it is to send an MMS or an e-mail.

You can send an MMS and simply not attach a picture. You just need to be sure the phone to which you're sending it can handle MMS messages.
