Default Don't mean to beat it to death but..

As an existing Fido customer I will not be able to add a connect plan for use with my BlackBerry anymore? If so, what other option is there (aside from Rogers -- which is looking better by the minute)?

No you will not be able to add the BB Connect plan anymore, you havent been able to for quite some time now... as it was discontinued a long time ago...

you can either go to Rogers to get full BB support and a BB data plan, OR!!!!!! wait for fido... give them a few more months, if not less, and they will be releasing BBs... My contact inside Fido as told me that they are about to released BBs soon, when he doesnt know just yet but they are going to be...

Default Thanks

Well, I guess I'll wait and see for a little while. Not sure I'll jump ship just yet. I kind of like Fido, been a customer for a very long time

Hi

Im new to Blackberry and i called Fido this week, i told them about having an unlocked BB 8320, i added a data plan, and they sent me some settings that im supposed to input in the phone(did i get that right???), but i have two IP addresses, 2 APNs, a new DNS and i honestly, i wish i never got involved at this point. My wi-fi doesnt seem to connect, although it confirms its connected, browsing is a big problem, and at this point im wondering if i should sell the phone and go to Rogers. Did i mention i have the City Fido, which i would hate to lose?

I would appreciate any help you can give to this newbie.
