Hi All,
I have 2 sim card, one for BB and another one is sub-line (without BB service). I upgraded my BlackBerry pearl with the latest version V4.5 found from BlackBerry website. It started to reboot itself non-stop everytime it detected the blackberry services from my service provider. If I turn off the mobile network, it works perfectly fine. When I turn it on again, it start reboot non stop. If I change to another sim card, without bb services, it working fine as well.

I really appreciate if anyone in the forum encounter this before can help me this. It has been reboot since this morning until now, for more than 12 hours.

Go to your carrier's store and get a new sim. I'm 95 percent sure your problem is the sim, not the BB data plan

But my sim is working perfectly fine on my BB 7290.
