Default Question on using browser.

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I'm a rookie BB user. I have a 8703e and one of the sites I need to check once a day is my home e-mail (webmail) at shaw.ca . When I log in it gives me a message that says "this site contains frames. Choose the frame you are interested in and click to load that frame.". Then I have several choices of frames to choose from. I have tried loaded every one in the list but the browser sort of locks up and won't work beyond that point.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Gary

Wirelessly posted (BLACKBERRY 8703e (ALLTEL): BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/106)

Have your email fowarded to a Yahoo! Or Gmail account. Then have the new email account pushed to your 8703e.

Definitely use BIS. The BB was designed to receive email this way.

algae, I do see you mention accessing the email account via webmail, but have you tried setting up internet email on the BB via BIS? Worth a try, I think. Otherwise, I agree with the other posters.

hi algae,

you actually won't be able to use BIS to access your shawmail. Shaw doesn't allow pop access outside of their network (unless this has changed since the last time i've tried). I just have shaw fwd all my emails to my blackberry.

Usually, when there's a bunch of frames, the first is the one you're looking for.
