We have users with 7510s on both Nextel and Cingular. We're seeing significant delays in forwarding copies of messages from their internal company mailboxes to their BB units through our Exchange 2000 server.
The outbound nextel.blackberry.net and mycingular.blackberry.net queues are "Active" in the Exchange server, but the messages sit there, in some cases for hours. Anybody else seeing this?
This is new...we've been using the BB units for about a year and have not seen this issue, at least not to this degree, previously. Something's different, somewhere.
