When I send an e-mail from my BB, I receive an ETP.DAT file on my home e-mail, and my recipient receives nothing. What do I have set up incorrectly?

I have the 7100g through Cingular. I can receive e-mail fine via my mycingular.blackberry.net address.

Any help is appreciated.

It would appear that when you set up the Desktop Manager, you may have told it you were using the Desktop Redirector. Try and reinstall DM, and make sure that you are not using BES or Desktop Redirector. The ETP message is used by the Redirector.

Give that a shot.

I actually never got Desktop Redirector to even open on my machine; it kept crashing. After my post, I did reinstall Desktop Manager and chose the Web Client only option. It is still not working properly, and I still get the e-mail to my home pop account.

Someone had suggested in another post to delete the Service Book on my phone and have another one sent; however I do not know which one to delete. None of my Service Books on my phone indicate anything about redirecting, though.
