Default add new CAL issue

Please Login to Remove!

We just add a new CAL (50 USERS) to BES Server ,BUT When the BES server over 30 users, some users will failed to initialize .( originality CAL is 30 user(s) )

I received the following error in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server debug log:

[50079] (10/23 10:12:02.177):{0x1E08} 2 user(s) failed to initialize
[30362] (10/23 10:12:02.193):{0x1E08} This agent will handle 32 user(s)
[30000] (10/23 10:12:02.193):{0x1E08} Optimize ThreadPools, total number of started users 30
[40413] (10/23 10:12:02.193):{0x1E08} Before optimization: total number of worker threads 30, where 2 non-removable
[40416] (10/23 10:12:02.193):{0x1E08} Thread pool for session 0x015a2790 (CNCORPCNEXC1) has 30 threads to serve 30 handhelds
[40417] (10/23 10:12:02.193):{0x1E08} After optimization: total number of worker threads 30, where 2 non-removable

I don’t have any solutions for RIM
I just think about the following result :
Maybe the sessions over 30 entries will be dropped between BES server and EXCHANGE server .
Maybe our bes server is installed on the virtual machine to bring this problem
Please help me to check it and give me some suggestion, thanks a lot!
