How do I configure my browser (apn, wap) settings to work on Cingular?

if you searched your would have found this info:

APN = wap.cingular
username =
password = cingular1

once you do this can you send MMS messages, were do you make these changes

Not sure if you can do mms on 8100. If you can, I'm not sure you can with Cingular yet. I know on the 8700 you cant.
