I'm a new Blackberry user. As you all are aware, there is a little bit of a learning curve that accompanies these devices, especially if you are coming from Palm and/or Windows Mobile. The manuals included with my shipment of the 71303 do not suffice. Verizon emailed me a 100+page manual PDF file that was corrupted. Does anyone know where I can retrieve the same, sans corruption error?

Was anyone shipped the actual manual?

I feel your pain on this as wellbeing a new BB user.

Verizon usually sends a little novel of an instructin book with phones. I just got a quick start guide.

.pdf is too big to attach though.I found it on blackberry.com
