You are correct. No MMS for the 7520 - even with the latest OS update. Oh well...

I called them today, and the rep told me they are getting ready to roll out MMS, and to check www.nextel.com/blackberry for the software upgrade on the 3rd.

Exclamation MMS for 7520 is a reality (just not working at the moment)!

Infinyte8-

Something has changed...

I just received a replacement 7520 (I was having hardware issues with my original) and it does have a "Compose MMS" option when clicking the track wheel while viewing the "Mesages" screen. I have tried sending several MMS messages, but they all result in a red "X". I will be giving Nextel a call shortly to see what's required to send MMS. Applications and Software Platform versions from the about screen are identical to the Feb 1. firmware update on RIM's site. I will be sure to post additional findings...

xxhiyanxx - I could see where you'd draw the line between april fool's and this, but this is always the way it's been with releases fron Nextel... LOL, nothing is final until it is available. And there is no set date on "availability"....
