Has anyone tried this combo together? If so how is the sound and voice quality when using the headset? Also is the volume loud enough on the headset?

I was thinking of jumping back into the headset arena and even though this is an expensive headset it seems to have some good reviews.

Overall, the very, very best I have used yet! This includes Moto HS820, H700, Sony/Ericsson HBH-660, Jabra BT-800 and Jx-10 - I'm probably missing a couple others.

You sound like you've tried nearly all of them. I've been trying to decide which to purchase. Anyone else have any opinions as to the best with a 8700?

i tried it.
didn't like it. ear piece was too big for me and experienced a lot of static.
