Default What is OTA?

Please Login to Remove!

I clicked on a list of applications, the only hyperlink was the letters OTA. This would not allow me to download the app to my blackberry, it was a JAD file. I tried going there with my blackbery browser but it would not load, it was taking for ever. What should I do???

OTA - over the air

Try with the BB browser again.

yes, if its OTA, the only way to access it is through your BB browser. Check the error message and let us know what is happening. Make sure your connection is strong if you are using OTA. Usually file sizes are not that large and should download relatively quickly.

OTA is also a lot more convenient than having to hook up a wire and go through the Desktop Manager

OTA in the BB world refers to installations that take place using the carrier's network (i.e. via the BB browser). In other words, installs where you don't download to your PC and then complete the install via USB.

This is just about the only question I have read that I feel capable of answering correctly, and I missed it
