That's the $64,000 question.

There are bugs in both. I'm guessing they will get as many worked out as they can before releasing it and it may end up being neither .75 or .76. Probably won't be.

According to official sources that was just a typo, .65 was always the official release version. Only a small portion of the entire first batch had this version. Mine is just the .65 label.

I noticed horrible Roaming conditions, home page glitches after install on 12/1 of .75 and .94.

On 12/2 I hooked up to desktop manager, and FINALLY it did not even try to get me to switch back to .65, rather an upgrade to core apps appeared. I installed, had a bug due to old service books, HRTS that I backed up (I think), cleared them, and now I am LOVING THIS THING FINALLY!!!

I have been using .75 since Sunday night. I definitely saw a big battery improvement and the change from horz to vert is quicker.

Ever since I did the upgrade I am experiencing just the opposite my battery life was cut in half, has anyone else noticed this since the upgrade?

ok first post, i have been trolling for the past couple of weeks. i am finally getting my storm tomorrow and i have been following the issues with the official release (.65). I found the beta of .75 and was wondering should i install that or stick to the current one and wait for verizon to officially release something. i tried my coworkers storm with .65 and found some of the issues unacceptable(accelerometer mainly). Is the beta of the .75 stable enough to use as i heard many of the issues were fixed in this however there are some bugs in it. thanks.

If you are comfortable with installing the device software and you don't like .75 you can always go back to the older version. I will install any available update to see if it works. I actually consider it fun! Even with .75 its not perfect. It will take time.
