Hi. Last night, I left my Q10 (got it a couple of days ago) connected to charger, and after 10 hours of charging I get 98%, not 100%, is this normal?

That's not unusual. Many devices will charge to 100% and then the charging will stop until it gets back down to 95% or so. When it hits 95% the charging will begin again and top if off. You caught it after draining a couple percent from a full charge.
