HI Everyone... The 5.0 on the 8350i does some interesting things to SMS messages. It seems to group them instead of 1 by 1 in the SMS window... This can be a bit of a pain in that you have to open one item to view multiple pages... This is especially an issue when we get multiple tickets sent to us by our Remedy system and you have to keep looking in one item that has multiple sms messages... I have been digging trying to find the answer - Anyone else seeing this? I see nothing in the options yet that addresses this issue... Regards; H. __________________ hmeister... nettech
