After download, locate the file cjk.alx in the directory you saved the file and use the application loader to load in your device. After downloaded, go to options, language and change the language, that's it. You will then enjoy reading and inputting Chinese.

Just an update: I downloaded both the Multilanguage and the EastAsia OS. The latter one works. Now I can read and input Chinese.

I suggest you to install everything that is related to blackberry software in your computer. Afterward, you should try to install the east asian package. Ultimately, you can enjoy input within your blackberry device.
