Question delayed response

Please Login to Remove!

When i receive a phone call and i press the answer button there is an average three second delay before the person who called can hear me. I called tmobile and they said they were aware of the problem and its a connection between the software and the microphone and they are working on it. I reloaded the software and pulled the battery and it temporarily fixed the problem, but it comes back. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you do to fix it?? help please.

Do a search of the Forum as this has been discussed many times. And when
you say you press the "answer button" are you referring to the green phone
key?

I suffer the same issue, but I think members have posted over time that
newer operating systems fixed this "lag," the preferred description of the
problem.

Also, a few months ago someone posted that the solution on our original
operating systems is to answer the phone by highlighting "answer" when it
pops up on the display and then pressing the trackball to answer.

This is in lieu of pressing the key with the green phone symbol.

I tried that and it seems to work [answering using the trackball].

But like I said, search the forum for more detailed info, as it has been talked
about since September of 2006.
