Please Help. I uploaded the new software for my B8800 and now my BB just keeps resetting. Just keeps going thru the power on/off routine but never stops doing just that. Any ideas?

Did Desktop Manager (or loader.exe) indicate that the upgrade was successful?

Try a battery pull and see if that helps.

Tried the battery pull and just keeps doing same thing. It did indicate it was successful.

Is it recognized if you connect it your PC? You could try re-running the install and see if that helps.

I am in the same boat. It just keeps resetting and it is making me crazy. I hope someone can help.

It is recognized and seems to have everything now but just lost themes and ring tones. I have to click the okay button on start up every time though to get it to stop turning on and off.
