I'm currently using a Dell Streak as my "everything" device - email, GPS, phone. The only thing I can't currently do is send presentations to a projector for sales meetings (thanks to the nearly useless PDMI connector right now). While this was my "dream device" for the last 20 years, the PlayBook has me re-thinking.
I could still minimize cables and connectors, while enjoying the benefits of a palm-sized (no pun intended) phone AND enjoy a larger screen for document/presentation creation, videos, heavy web-surfing, etc. The auto-syncing between the Playbook and a BB device also eliminates one of my other major concerns about carrying multiple devices - time and problems keeping devices sync'd.
If I were to win this, I'd sell my Streak and buy a Torch. I'm still carrying a laptop bag for cables, charger, headphones, papers, etc (does that make it a "man-purse"??) so I could put the Torch in a holster, toss the Playbook in the bag and still be lighter and more connected than I need to be. With the added benefit of being able to talk on an extended phone call while pulling up pricesheets or working on the 7" simultaneously.
Dammit. Just when I thought I had it all figured out.
