I have a blackberry 9550

I need to know what the service ID or something to make it work with Telcel.

Telcel is from mexico

i need to know what to put on IMSI, pESN(dec & hex), Mobile Country code, Mobile Network Code, Home SID & Home NID

also the
MO voice SO Home
MO Voice SO Roam
Blackberry Registration ID
Home system registration
Foriegn SID registration
Foriegn NID registration
A-Key
SIP User-ID

So many other in.

What should be put in these fields, or send me somewhere where i can enter them myself.

I get SMS sometime but cannot send out

Those values are coded into the device. You cannot change them. The rest of the values come from your cell phone carrier when you sign up for Blackberry Internet Service (BIS). You cannot do anything without having BIS for your phone from your carrier.
