Default No emails on BB8800

Please Login to Remove!

As of this past weekend, my BB8800 stopped recieving emails. I have tried to email to myself and have had friends email me to both my internet address and BB address. I have also tried the battery-pull for a rest and still nothing. Any ideas? Thanx in advance.

Presuming that you are using BIS you should login to your BIS account, validate the accounts and resend the service books. If that fails is your plan current and were there any recent changes to it?

Could you please go about and tell me how to do this. I have checked under options/advanced/service book, and everything is checked. I have checked under options/message services, and it has my email address listed. I have also checked uner options/mobile network, and my data service is on. Please help.

Go to : BlackBerry - Email Setup

Select your carrier. Enter your ID and PW for your account. Click on service books in the left navigation. "Resend service books"
