Can anyone help me set up my Outlook to dial my Curve 9330?

You mean like when the BB is connected to your PC or laptop, have Outlook dial using the BB?

If that's the question, I don't think that can be done.

The closest that you can get this to be done is by using a program called Time & Chaos which is available from Chaos Software contact manager email client crm. It will try to dial your contacts using your PC-modem. You will, however, have to get your PC to recognize your BB as a modem-device, which may be problematic.
