Question Actual Coverage Map Web Site

Please Login to Remove!

A few months ago some blog had a link to a web site that has a google maps mashup for users to provide wireless signal coverage information. It takes carrier, device type, location on a google map, and number of bars and marks them on the map. You can view them all over the country where people have submitted. Brilliant.

I can't find them again! Does anyone have any idea what web site this is?

That's it! You're the man (or woman)!

A brilliant little mashup.

Hi everyone. My name is Adam, I'm the co-creator of SignalMap. I'm just letting some of you know that we will soon be launching phase 2 of the site, which will include Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, and Australia, as well as other improvements to the site.

I'm glad you like it!

Great work and great idea as I stated before. Could be very useful when deciding which service to choose in a selected area. Especially if you are getting ready to relocate.

Fantastic site!! I've been toying with the idea of switching from Verizon to AT&T , but I'm not sure about reception with AT&T (Verizon in my area is great!!). I'll check back closer to when I might actually pull the trigger (gosh darnit I want a Curve!!! heh heh) to see if there is more data about my area.

Hey, Adam. Welcome to the forums! Thanks for the killer app.

FYI, you may get more exposure for product launches/revs by posting a new thread to the Aftermarket Software forum.
http://www.blackberryforums.com/aftermarket-software/

While it's not exactly aftermarket software you're pimpin', that's where most of the community here will look for new apps/sites.
