I notice I use the calender WAY more and the way the keys are set up its just flat out better than my 7130.

Thumbs up

I agree that having my calendar at hand all the time is great.
I'm not sure having my e-mail with me all the time would constitute making my life easier...

The thing I like is the voice quality and reception. I use to have a Motorola V360... nice phone, but I could not get reception at home if my life depended on it. With the BB Pearl.. No problem. unless I'm in the basement, I always get a signal.

And I find the voice quality second to none...

Considering I came from having a Samsung E635 slider phone (the smallest cheapest thing I have ever seen) to a Blackberry Pearl, I am ADDICTED so bad. I find my pearl literally pulling me towards it constantly. I love the text messaging and email on it, they are absolute wonders compared to the other phones I have had in the past, and i do love the camera, even if it could be a lil better (my samsung had an amazing camera) I use the mp3 player on it for work (a total lifesaver working in a warehouse, let me tell you) and the fact that there are sooo many ways of customizing this phone to be yours and yours alone, I have a hard time remembering what life was like before I got my BB.

Coming from using a basic LG flip phone, I can certainly say that using the 8100 has made my life easier. I can't remember anything without some sort of reminder, and the calendar is the perfect tool for me. Also, the email being pushed to the phone? That's my favorite function of the Blackberry. I don't have to go online and check my email, it comes to me!

Take THAT Samsung Blackjack!

Default love it

i got mine 2 weeks ago and purchased the unlimited data plan telling myself that 29.99/mo extra is not going to be worth it and that unless i find justifiable reasons

well
i found all my reasons
google maps and their semi-gps can help me locate myself in any spot
gcalsync for my life of gcalender and bb calendar
bbweather so i know how to dress before i get out of bed
ramble im just to chat away

cool internet browser/ing

now i wonder what i'd do if i couldnt pull up my calendar of life....
i <3 my pearl

Just out of curiosity what program are you using to edit your word docs? Do you use a file managing program as well?

Just curious to see how you manage this stuff.

Thnx
