Hi

I got a Blackberry Bold 9650 on Friday. I originally had the LG Dare with internet..no problems. I registered my work email on Hotmail and it is working fine with one exception. I am unable to see email messages sent from my BB on my desktop computer. How can I fix this? I called Verizon twice today and went into the store..no help. The thing is that my business partner has the same carrier, phone and email address and is able to access mail sent from her BB on her desktop. Please help! I don't know what to do!

There's nothing wrong. Assuming your connected to a BIS (which my the sounds of it you are), the Blackberry will only sync to your Hotmail Inbox, and not any of the other folders.

If that is the case, how is my business partner able to send BB emails and see them in our sent mail box on the desktop? Doesn't make any sense...

BES can do this, but BIS generally does not. Sometimes sent messages will appear on the desktop as sent, but it can take a while. I find it works with IMAP accounts like Apple's MobileMe email, even on BIS.
