Aren't the majority of Blackberries company owned and issued devices also? People tend to be somewhat less careful with company property as opposed to a personal device they've paid for out of their own pockets.

With the touch screen, the iPhone has fewer moving parts to break, get misused or otherwise fail. I bet a great percentage of the BB failures have to do with the trackball not working properly.

i agree. also, it might have to do with ppl NOT READING the BB FAQ

BB FAQ or not, my BB has had several issues with the trackball, sticking keys, discolored trackball from dirt/dust, and of course the ever so popular, faded keys.
