Hi, all,
I'm facing a strange problem, so I'd like to know if anyone has already face the same thing: One of my Blackberry users are having his e-mails automatically deleted from the inbox folder; as there is no rule in the e-mail client (Outlook 2000), I'm thinking that the blackberry is doing that (maybe misconfigured);as far as we can check the handheld settings for deletion is set to prompt before deleting. (I use BIS)
I'd really appreciate any comments on this.

Check to see how much free memory is available on the device.

Options > Status > File Free = ?

If memory is too low, the device will begin to purge old data to make room for new messages.
