Default Outlook Sync Trouble

Please Login to Remove!

Previously, I've been able to sync my BB with Outlook using the Desktop Manager. Then, I had an error and needed to reinstall the Desktop Manager. Now, it's not allowing me the option to sync with Outlook, only ASCII and Yahoo.

Is there a resolution for this problem?

What version of Outlook and what version of DM?

What was the error?

Outlook 2007 and Blackberry Desktop Manager, Version 4.3.0.17.

I can't remember what the error stated. Sorry.

Kinda tough to diagnose without the error.

You also delete all the Outlook info on the BB (calendar and contacts) not in Outlook and try to sync again.

You can also try deleting DM 4.3 and going to either 4.6 or 4.7. 4.3 is known as a bit buggy. Configure it as you wish and resync.

It won't allow me to link 'cause I don't have enough posts, but go to the Blackberry FAQ at the top of the page, and look for Desktop Manager downloads under "Resources".

Try amd Run a repair on Outlook, go into add/remove programs and in Office '07 you have the option to repair it.
