Dear All,

First BES -I have a blackberry server 5.2 , and its configured with an exchange 2007 . with a service account BESAdmin ( all the users and the service account inside this server has a mailbox on exchange 2007 )

Second BES - I have another blackberry server 5.2 , and its configured with an exchange 2010 , with a service account BBAdmin ( all the users and the service account inside this server has a mailbox on exchange 2010)


Note that , all the server are under on forest /one domain.
and I have used the transporter tool to transfare some users from the first blackberry server to the second one. iys works fine but there will be duplicate intery on the contacts / Calendare.

My question is
Can I add a user who has a mailbox on exchange 2007 to the other blackberry server which configured with exchange 2010 directly not using the transporter tool ??

if your permissions are set for the BBadmin account on exchange 2007 it will work.

are you useing CAS server for exchange? hardware load balanced exchange servers?
