Ive gone through and set up my blackberry email accout, and Im able to recieve messages on my BB...

I tried emailing my hotmail account a picture from my phone, and it never sends, just shows the "sending" icon, in my message list.

It never sends, just shows sending! So lost here! Thanks for any help/advice, I appreciate it!

Can you send a regular email? I've seen issues where the large emails won't send if signal is down to2-3 bars or less.

Well, thank you! The regular email, sent instantly. I do have 5 bars signal, with uppercase EDGE. Weird? Hmm...

Resend your service books from your BIS account and then give it 20 minutes to update.

The BIS account (BlackBerry Internet Service) is the BlackBerry email account you set up online. Log in and on the left click on 'Service Book.'

You can resend the service books from "setup internet email" icon as well.

She likely never went online to set it up and did it all from the BB. You can also go to www.t-mobile.com and do it all from there. It's a good idea to get familiar with that site as there are things you can only do from there that you can't do on your BB

Anytime I try to send service books from myt-mobile i can never get to service books. I click "servicebooks" and it takes me back to the log in screen...

I can send service books from my bb, correct? Ive seen the link to do so..?

You can send them using the "setup internet email" link on your BB as I posted above.
