i inadvertently changed my email address password. I now cannot receive email on the BB...I can send it but not receive. I tried to do the email set up again and it says I need to log in to access email but I apparently don't have a log in. Not sure what to do now

Do you know your new password? Then change it in the BIS setup either via the BIS app on the device or via your service provider's web portal.

If you don't know the password, then do the "forgot password" reset procedure through your email service provider, then change your password in BIS.

Or am I not understanding your problem?

Sign in here https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en

and validate your email accounts.

If you can no sign into the above web page go through the forgot your password feature. If that does not work call you carrier.
(If none of those work then their is a problem and it is not a technical one)
