Recording Video on Tour, sending it and watching it on another Tour

So a co-worker of mine recorded a video on his Tour and e-mailed it to my Tour, but I can't watch it. Does anyone know why or what I need to do to be able to watch it? There is no option to save it to the memory card or anything. Seems very strange.
