Can you sync your contacts to Outlook? The BB syncs easily to that app.

Another option would be to use Google contacts but you need data to do that, and a BB data plan for the BB.

If you have a Gmail account you can probably sync to Gmail and have Gmail contacts sync to the BlackBerry.
